The information contained in this book is relevant for individuals, families, and various kinds of professionals and helpers. As Alzheimer's Disease affects so many individuals and their families, is devastating in its impact, and is increasing with the aging of the population, everyone should become familiar with it. This book is a good overall reference. As advances are expected in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment, there will need to be updated and revised information.
The author, Mr. Barroa, does a fantastic job of breaking down home care planning into actionable chunks. It is obvious to a reader of this book that Mr. Barroa is very knowledgable about the subject matter and cares deeply for those who look after people suffering from this disease. I highly recommend this book.
